I was born and raised in Southern California.  I attended undergraduate school at The University of California, Irvine where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Literary Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science: Multicultural Studies.  I attended graduate school at Azusa Pacific University where I received a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology: Marriage and Family Therapy.

I started practicing in 2014 working with families and individuals. Understanding family members’ perspectives and experiences was integral in strengthening the family as a whole. I trained in DIR/ Floortime to work with individuals with neurodevelopment differences. As an Attachment trained therapist, I help clients explore their past to gradually resolve issues affecting their present. I specialize in working with individuals with ADHD by taking a relational approach which builds on patience, understanding, acceptance and skills.

I continue to learn about new and holistic ways on how individuals develop from a Mind, Body, Soul perspective.  This means talking to individuals about their mental health, somatic experiences and spiritual practices. My goal is to help adults learn about their capacities through a curiosity lens, understanding self regulation and developing skills in emotional thinking.
